Description:

This class is perfect for mamas-to-be who want to stay active during pregnancy in a safe environment. It combines the best of low impact resistance training, aerobic, core exercises, pilates, and stretching to help with all aspects of your pregnancy. You will look and feel great, as well as get strong and prepared for your little one!
