Description:

This is a step-up from the Warrior Mama and Baby postnatal classes. Back In Shape Bootcamp is perfect for mums that want to get back into regular fitness training but want to be mindful of physical and lifestyle changes brought by their motherhood.

You will be working with an instructor individually, following a programme tailor-made to your own unique physical level and needs, ensuring you are getting the optimal training.

This class focuses on high-energy and high-intensity workout combining strength, resistance and endurance training to melt away fat, boost your metabolism and tone up your body. Expect more burn, more sweat, more of everything. Life is tough but so are you! Exercise is done with a soundtrack of fun music – your little one can bounce along in a buggy to the tune! Babies can stay in buggies or on our playmat.

Please note: Postnatal mums must be at least four months postnatal and been given the green light from a GP for high-impact exercise.

Tuesday: 11:15 am – 12:15 pm
Thursday: 11:15 am – 12:15 pm
