Join my Small Group Personal Training Classes designed specifically for mums, without having to worry about childcare – babies are more than welcome to join all sessions and stay in buggies or on playmats.
Each class has a maximum of 10 mums, which makes it possible for me to deliver a personal service in a fitness class environment at a fraction of the cost of one on one training.
